Deal Analyzer ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Deal Analyzer MCP service. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google OAuth we receive your name, email address, and profile picture URL as provided by Google.
- Deal data. Property addresses, financial figures, and analysis results that you submit or save.
- Usage data. Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the service (authenticate you, store your deals, return analysis results).
- To improve the service and diagnose technical issues.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not use your deal data to train AI models.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in a SQLite database hosted on Railway. Deal data and account information are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual deals at any time from the dashboard.
4. Google OAuth
Authentication is handled by Google OAuth 2.0. We only request the openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services.
5. Cookies and Sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is HTTP-only and is not accessible to JavaScript. It expires at the end of your browser session or when you log out.
6. Third-Party Services
- Google OAuth — for authentication. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Railway — for hosting. Governed by Railway's Privacy Policy.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at opolyo01@gmail.com. We will process the request within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
This service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date.
